The staff wasn't very friendly . No attention to details . The staff by reception is 24 hours watching TV and they don't pay any attention to the guest .

The hotel was in nice location in good neighborhood. Close to restaurants and convenience store. The room was nicely clean but the wall was too thin. I could here the next room laughing and whispering. If they were drunk and made loud noise I would be up for sure. The staffs were helpful with the parking since there were not enough space for car park.

It was a nice place and quiet as it was abit further in from the beach. Upon arrival we got informed superior rooms were out so we got a free upgrade to pool view room! Awesome! Loved the hotel and friendly staff!

I was really disappointed with this hotel, the service was terrible. They booking promised wifi in the room and then they told us there was a surcharge. After showing them the inconsistencies they didn't offer to honour the mistake. Also when asked to call some transport we were waiting for they wanted to charge money for the call. Terrible customer service

Very friendly staff, always ready to help, nice and clean rooms, pleased with service that they offer. I definitely will book this place again.

The hotel staffs gave me hotel facing the tomb and during breakfast buffet at this hotel you can find many ants on table. Swimming pool water quality like terrible and poor hotel staff services, I have to wait for 30 minutes to ask their assistant to help me carry my luggage from from to lobby. I regret stay in this hotel, it look nice in a pictures but reality horrible.

As soon as we arrived the recepcionista start to give us a list o what we have to pay, : breakfast, wifi inside the room, Internet computar in the loby. For half hours 50baths, onde houve 100baths. Very expansive others if compare tô others hotels in Tailând. I needeed a help to find an hospital and very fast they informed that i have to pay 20 baths tô them to make a telefone call. They seem don't trust foreigns. Once i have my breakfast the Waitress folow me down to the reception and she didnt leave until she saw the money even thought she already have coming with me and told i havent paied.
