This hotel's rooms are infested with mold. The staff sprayed air freshener and tried to move us, but we could not stay here for health reasons. Beyond that, the manager still intends to charge us for a night even though we did not stay here. Appalling. Avoid this dump at all costs!

The staff are friendly and very mindful. Good for family with young kids.

No Iron board. We need to pay for another room. Upon booking, expedia indicated 3 adults and 2 child can be in the same room. Upon checking in they mentioned we need to get extra bed for another 800 baht/day. Most of the time we were out.

Good to stay. Near to beach and bz area Nice designed hotel but need upgrading mattress Food is around corner , halal food r many there I will come again next year.

Worth it for money... must go island tour with nice beaches and snorkeling

It was great all the staff was very helpfully and kind, the roomre clean and cimfortable the only thing that I didnt like was that the wifi was free only in the lobby area, if I want wifi in the room it will be extra payment and it was too expensive. But i love all the experience

Hotel staff can give you a helpfull advice about the trips in Krabi. The massage near the swimming pool was quite comfy.

We had an absolutely great stay at Best Western. The location and amenities are great! The staff is very friendly and the room was just perfect. The only minus if any was that they didn't have room service.
