Our room was old and needed upgrades. Shower door almost fell off

SCAM. DO NOT BUY DAY PASSES We were told that day pass is $60 per person, but we were charged $360 for 3 people for one day. Trying to dispute transaction, but there is literally no official information about day pass cost. There are multiple portals with prices from $60 to $120. Besides that, even $60 is too much. It includes: - snacks. Reality: American fast food. French fries, hamburgers, popcorn - Unlimited sugary cocktails - Lunch: Fried chicken, fried fish, fried ribs, fried pork, rice, potato, sweet desserts, watermelons and papaya - Beach: it’s impossible to enjoy barefoot walk at the beach because it’s full of very small rocks and employees comb every piece of sand out of it, so it’s basically rock hard beach. Gem: road. So many potholes, it’s insane. Why can’t they fix it when they charge so much?

- Comida no variada pero correcta, desde pescado, pastas, sopas. - Vistas muy bonitas.

- Atención pésima (de los puntos más importantes en un hotel de esta categoría). - Algunas instalaciones con averías o directamente fuera de servicio. - Habitación: cama incómoda se notaba su desgaste. Ducha fría la mayoría de los dias. - Olores fuertes, sobre utilización de cloro (volvimos con prendas manchadas). El lugar es lindo, pero lamentablemente no volvería a ir. No vale la pena el costo por noche.

Property entire entry is horrible, needs a whole lot of improvements/repairs on much of the property and rooms.

The location is amazing the beach is beautiful and walking around is easy and fun with all the local animals! The staff near the bar were the best and the DJ was playing all the best music! Activities offered at the beach 10/10

The rooms are quite outdated, a full body mirrors would help a lot and a table to set things down. Also the TVs need updating too they are old and you can’t watch your shows. No wifi in the eating area which sucks. The staff would forget about our drinks

Me gusto la habitación, me gusto la atención brindada, lo hermosa que es la playa 😍La variedad de comida , es una delicia . Pienso volver muy pronto .
