Fantasy Island Beach Resort and Marina - All Inclusive

Bad customer service, poor housekeeping, repetitive breakfast and snacks, and overly salty beef, chicken, and fish.

I liked the location and the beach/ pool set up

The rooms were dirty and old, and mosquitos everywhere especially in the rooms

Strand was prachtig en personeel is heel erg hulpzaam en zetten hun beste beentje voor. Je ziet ook aan hun dat ze zich schamen voor de conditie waar het hotel zich in bevindt.

De kamers zijn out dated. Toe aan renovatie. Douchecabine deur viel er uit. Bedden zijn oud. Er hangt een muffe geur in de kamers. Ook al maken de dames de kamers elke dag schoon. Om 11 uur aankomen en dan tot 15:00 moeten wachten tot je je kamer krijgt. Wij komen in ieder geval niet terug. Wat erg jammer is want nogmaals strand is prachtig en plek heeft zoveel potentieel. Maar het lijkt erop dat eigenaren alleen geïnteresseerd zijn in geld verdienen en niets meer.

I didn’t like nothing starting with the food , me and my couple we get a virus because of that buffets and we have to change our stay to another hotel and after that we went to the doctor because we have an stomach intoxication and is the last thing we wanted for this vacations.

I recommend to better waste a little bit more of money in another hotel because this hotel doesn’t met the clean regulations, the drinks were awful, the bartenders didn’t now how to make the drinks they were putting another liquors instead of the ones supposed to be.

The staff was always very kind, helpful and respectful, they were also attent to your needs. Check in was earlier than expected and check out was super quick and easy. The place was under renovations but all the services and experiences were still fully available, said that, renovations are in order beacuse in some places you can tell the complex has been there for a while, but it was well designed and well placed. AC in the room was super cold and you could sleep comfortably. Food was tasty and you had a medium variety of foods. Great, simply awesome, beaches with mostly a party atmosphere, with loud music and dance but, you had enough room to had some space and quiet time to yourself if you wanted. It was not not pristine clean but overall it was as clean as it could be, given the size of the complex. I consider the price to be fair, you can really enjoy yourself, relax or go for a tour and/or activity if that is what you are looking for, overall, a great experience at a breathtaking beach, worth what you pay, has some limtitations but staff, location, food, and other factors make up for it.

Hotel under construction - no WiFi on the rooms - the beds are so old they falling apart- they did not register me as a guest so I had to wait in the airport for like an hour for somebody to pick us up - the shutter van was broken- the snack bar tastes like 3 days old- mold on the bathrooms

la implantacion del hotel, el lugar es muy bueno para buceo.

El desayuno al igual que la comida en general es muy basica, poco variada. no todos los dias hacian el servicio al cuarto, los empleados se ve que ponen esfuerzo pero no estan preparados.
