Fantasy Island Beach Resort and Marina - All Inclusive

The only thing nice about this hotel is the beach! It’s very run down, air barely works and the food choices are almost the same everyday. Lots of mosquitoes and poor service.

Visited this place late August 2025. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the entertainment team was great. The rooms need some updating, food variety needs improvement and i was not happy that they did not have any local beer at the bar. Received great service from Emelsia at the snack bar, from Flor at the restaurant and Destiny at the bar.

They need to do better with the food menu everyday it was the same food repeatedly got tired of it wanted to come back from my trip so bad and we shouldn’t feel that way with that amount they charge and the servers need to check up on the people to refill their drinks had us waiting there for 20 minutes or more.

Good place to stay. The amenities, activities and entertainment are what you’d expect as a first impression. Many things to improve, in the room for example, some few broken floors, the customer service in the reception and the restaurant was not the best one. But still, is a good place to stay and relax.

The resort really needs improvement, the people there are the best, helpfull, warm and they do the very best they can. But the food is not very good, many times cold but for the people that goes there is good enough, but they need to keep it warm or teach the guests to close the lids! The rooms and bathroom are super clean and we had plenty of everything. The cutains in the room need to be iron and need to be of the same size as the window not shorter. But I have hope for improvement, they have a young manager that will turn things around very soon. My special thanks Maria (Mariita) who was with us at all time helping us or asking us how we were? Every good Resort should have a Maria to make people stay more comfortable in their vacation!!! PS. We had no problem with WiFi or electricity!

Property is damaged ,dirty not in good condition at all .

This was my worst experience ever. The property is very old and it looks nothing like the online pictures. The beach area is ok. I couldn’t even stay one night so I lost my money but I just couldn’t stay. The beds are probably the same ones since they opened up.
