Got yelled at by a man while trying to get my young daughters some food at the buffet holding their plate . “can you get out of the way!!” after their dad was kicked out for not having a shirt on. completely understand if shirts are required but it was very hard to get towels as well and no one told us this prior. He did immediately go get a shirt on however i wouldnt recommend coming to this or separating as some individuals were extremely agressive. when i mentioned this to the staff about getting yelled at they laughed

The location was mostly excellent except that there is a boat laneway right beside the swimming area and they speed thru there. We booked this place hoping we would be able to swim to the marine reserve, but did not, as we were afraid of getting hit even though we had a dive flag. The bed was comfortable.

The food was terrible and it is the same food every day. I've worked in a restaurant for 25 years, we like food. Do they not have a cook with taste buds? It is an isolated location, so there is no hope of getting decent food anywhere else. Our upgraded room was right beside the kid pool(which is the main pool), so all we heard was children screaming in or out of our room. Our room was not clean. TBH it was disgusting, I cleaned our floor with our swim towels. Our sheets were stained. Online, they make this place look amazing. It is not.

0 stars, not worth the money. So many bad things about This place I don’t know where to begin 1. Plates were chipped and hair in the food 2. The receptionist was rude 3. Towels very old and smelly 4. The whole places needs renovation 5. Roach 🪳 in the bedroom 6. No internet in the bedroom 7. Lots of mosquitoes in the bedroom 8. Beach towels dirty 9. The beds were nasty and the bottom wrap with plastic instead is a bed skirt And definitely not coming back
