"Great night sleep and delicious breakfast."

The bed was very comfortable, I got in late and fell asleep so quickly. There were so many options for breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

"Perfect in Norfolk"

Residence Inn Norfolk is in a great location to enjoy all Norfolk has to offer from shopping malls and outlets, art and glass museums, the waterfront and a tasty foodie scene. The staff are welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Special shout out to Brent, Teresa and Harold. I will be back.

"Friendly, helpful staff and nice property"

Dede the breakfast lady was great. The room was clean and big with a separate living room and kitchen. Housekeeping is only every other day. The front desk staff was excellent and went out of their way to help us with a parking challenge at their garage. We were there two nights and breakfast was different on the two different days-bacon one day and sausage the next and waffles only on the 1st day. I was travelling with another family member who got a separate room. She had no hot water, but never showered and never said anything to the hotel staff.

"Great time in the city"

First and foremost the staff were amazingly accommodating. Theresa was so attentive to our situation. She made the entire visit superb. The bed was super soft and very enjoyable. The breakfast very good and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again next time in the area.

I originally booked a two bedroom suite and my reservation was changed without notification, to two one bedrooms because of HVAC issues, not the end of the world but also not the best when I had to put a kid in the other room. One room didn’t have an iron and seemed less maintained than the other. Overall though, polite staff, conveniente location, and suitable rooms.
