"Excellent experience"

Staff was very friendly, it was a good location downtown Norfolk. The room was spotless with a comfy bed & Netflix. Breakfast was hot and ready at 7am. The pool and gym was also open and nice to have. My only regret is not staying the whole weekend.

Loraina was awesome and greeted you with a smile. Her customer service was top notch. She was very accommodating to our requests and made some changes to make our stay more pleasant with no hesitation. She is a great representative and asset to your company! The hotel was beautiful and you comfortable hotel granted it is a older hotel. Our only complaint was sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and old. If the sofa bed hadn't been in that condition, my rating would've definitely been a 5.

"Dee Dee was awesome!"

Shout out to Dee Dee. She was awesome with the kids in the breakfast area. Very personable and definitely an asset to the hotel. Room was nice however lacked the AC to cool the room below 78 degrees. Good amenities and parking arrangements across the alley.

The location was convenient to the arena and all the waterside attractions in downtown Norfolk. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff was amazing. Brett was outstanding, friendly and attentive. He was always busy helping other guests and helping clean up during breakfast. All in all, the stay was exceptional.

The room was spacious with a refrigerator and microwave. Checkin and checkout service was very professional. It was an excellent barging price-wise. There was a free well prepared breakfast. All services were top notch. I have nothing to say but good things about my stay.

"Great stay"

Large, well appointed room. Loved how the TV was able to rotate to allow viewing from the table to the bed. Bed was comfortable and the outlets beside the bed useful. Full sized fridge and microwave were a bonus! Included breakfast was good. The ladies working the breakfast area were friendly and kept the tables clean between guests. Front desk staff were friendly and informative for directions and such.
