The Glen Apartments

It was clean, safe and nice location.

The check in process is hell and the guy helping was not the friendliest.

Location was perfect, reception staff at the sister property were very helpful

There were no views to feel like one was on holiday. Air conditioner was noisy. Bathrooms were in need of repair - water temperature and flow issues. WIFI DID NOT WORK!

The place is situated at the right location, our apartment was beautiful, I loved the set up, though my favorite spot was the kitchen area as I love cooking so much, it was nice & clean and a good place to relax

Housekeeping should thoroughly clean the place even if there still guests not the touch n go's that they do, owner must switch to smart TVs and improve wifi quality

no inverters in the complex, WiFi was shocking, no bed sheet on the main bed for the first night. Lights hanging out of the ceiling, kitchen draws get stuck.

There were so many power cuts that it is hard to comment on the lighting

There are clearly many issues as to how this property is being managed. The Crystal Apartments where we picked up the keys are not in overall control and while they did try to be helpful it was apparent that they had problems with the management of Glen Apartments. Some of the issues we encountered. Security,patio door not locking.Microwave not working. One set of keys between 2 couples. Initial shortage of towels. No provision for lighting when load shedding occurred( electricity off)which was frequent. Contact numbers in apartment go to answering service, nobody replies. Door latch on fridge broken. Health & Safety, broken bracket on main support to large front windows resulting in them swaying in the strong winds we experienced.

The apartment was moden and clean and relatively in a good location..

Expected a better view and location.
