The Glen Apartments

Good apartment in an excellent location with wonderfully helpful on-site maintenance man and security staff.

Apartment on one level would be ideal as wi-fi connection upstairs was poor.

The apartments were spacious, well furnished, well stocked and comfortable. The location was excellent. We felt very safe and secure.

The check in/check out process wasn't great. We picked up the keys from another location but had to wait 15min at the door with nobody answering our calls. The guy who eventually helped us was very pleasant though. Similar experience on check out. The reception was locked, nobody answered our calls on the 3 numbers provided and there was no drop box as described. We had to leave the keys exposed at the reception door as we were getting late for our flight. I felt quite bad about doing this but we didn't have a choice. The apartment could do with a little maintenance, but overall it was a lovely stay.
