Die Unterkunft hat viele Spezialitätenrestaurants und es sie ist sehr sauber. Sie hat zudem eine perfekte Lage, 15 Minuten vom Flughafen und vor dem Hotel findet man viele Shopping-Möglichkeiten. Wir sind zudem sehr dankbar, dass wir Kareem hatten, welcher uns immer zur Seite stand. Er war sehr zuvorkommend und half uns bei all unseren Anliegen unkompliziert weiter.

the quality of food in the meals at the main restaurant which were buffet were excellent. However, the coveted restaurants where one has to book in advance for a sit down al a carte meal were extremely disappointing!! Particular mention needs to be made to very efficient and friendly staff, one of whom, Kareem, a manager, needs special mention as he always goes out of his way to help and is extremely responsive and efficient! I have not come across a hotel manager like him before!

We had a fantastic stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Resort! The newly refurbished rooms were absolutely wonderful, modern, comfortable, and beautifully done. The food was great as always, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. What truly made our experience special, though, was the incredible staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special thank you to Kareem, who took such great care of us throughout our stay and your kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed! We’re already looking forward to coming back again.

AquaPark, vorne beim Meer ist es ruhig, der Steg hinaus aufs Meer ist perfekt zum taegliche Schnorcheln, wenn man nicht Buffet essen will kann man die Restaurants buchen
