Disgusting room didn’t even stay there still haven’t received a refund even though i’m well deserved for one

When we pulled up we noticed a very big presence of homeless individuals. As well as people actively using drugs outside their rooms. There we also signs on the door of weekly rates. We checked in anyways as we needed to get ready for our concert. We processed to our room and their were several individuals in the middle of the road fighting. We get to our room and we were greeted with a massive stench as well as holes all in the wall and cigarette burns in the bed. There is blood on the walls as well. While we were getting ready someone tried to enter our room. We immediately grabbed our belongings and went to the office to check out. The lady at the front did state that low income people live there. This place needs to be taken off your websites.

We didn't even stay for the one night, we're still waiting to see if we can be refunded.

Nothing, the lady at the front desk was very pleasant that's about it.

The price that was it!

There was at least 35-50 nates flying in the room. I tried to eat my dinner and drink my pop for the 1st hrs of it was the killing them. I was very pissed off almost just. But I didn't want to spend my night in my car. Nor be out of money I spent it was so disgusting. I tried to take few pics but they keep flying around so I got nothing good to show it. But it was nasty. And I got out the shower walk around in my clean white socks they were disgusting with in mins!

We were put in a smoking room after booking a non-smoking room. The bed was cover in black spots and ashes. The floor had a white substance on the floor that seemed like paint but our shoes were sticking to it. The shower had mold in it. We also checked the bed and noticed signs of bed bugs. Overall the room was disgusting and seemed like only the bed was made to look like the room had been cleaned. We ended up leaving after being checked in for 10 minutes. We went to try and get a new room and they had been completely booked out and would not issue us a refund for the condition of the room they had put us in.

The bed set low to the floor. Maybe a double size for both of us. The sheets had stains on them. The floor was vinyl that was very uneven and sunk in at spots. The shower had tape od shower area floor to seal a crack. Very terribly managed. Dirty and stained, no wash cloths and after asking for two, they only found one. No safety lock on outside door. The best part was the shower head. Very nice spray that came out.

Easy in and out, friendly staff

The Mentor Inn offers no-frills accommodation, and it is conveniently located near freeways, on the outskirts of Cleveland, OH. I booked the room for its low price and convenient location, but I did not feel particularly safe. The room itself was basic and functional. The front office staff, who were behind bulletproof glass, seemed harried and irritable. The atmosphere around the property made me uneasy, with groups of people milling around. I received unwanted attention while coming and going. While nothing happened to me directly, I felt uncomfortable. I would not choose to stay here again.

The pool area was clean and the water quality was great! Food restaurant next door and a sheets within walking distance too. On bus route. Fridge and microwave in suite. Laundry on site. I also had both my dogs with me. It was great

They were redoing the room next to mine at midnight and the room was just very run down and the comforter and sheets were stained and dirty
