I like that the property was kind of like a hide away.

Terrible, service was terrible and room smelled horrible

My room smelled so bad we left.

The renovations are coming along nicely, and it's convenient for getting off from I-90.

Nice place to stay

The room smelled. The bathroom had a broken toilet seat, the mirror was filthy, the floor was dirty and sticky, Lighting was poor. The small fridge/freezer was dirty inside and out, very unsanitary. And I can say the same for a friends room that also stayed at this motel for one night. We are supposed to come back in two weeks and my wife and I will be canceling that reservation. What a nightmare. On Monday I will be calling the health department in that city and filing a formal complaint about the condition of this motel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend wanting a closer drive to Lake Erie for a few days at the Headlands Beach. I loved that the beach was only 15 mins away instead of my usual hour drive up. The motel was definitely worth the $. It was by far the cheapest around. The property and rooms were a little old and run down. Some rif-raf around. Once we got comfortable it was completely doable. Even my dog liked it. (I think it was the King size bed)

When you check in, there are lots of warnings Posted at check-in. The paint was peeling in every room and the fire alarm battery was beeping all night. It’s a place that people have brought pets as there was chew marks all over the door frames. The bedding was clean. The surfaces were clean and clear. I did not see any trash or dust in my room.
