They bed bugs

Walls were paper thin. The floor was uneven throughout the room (meaning there were low spots) Sheets had old burn holes and the "comforter" was thrift store quality full of pilling and old burn holes. The towels were worn out - like from a thrift store. Not even a cheesy coffee pot. I could hear everything in the rooms next to me and through my door. A few kind of shady characters milling around. Worth about HALF of what it actually cost.

It’s next to the highway, Macdonald and a gas station.

Everything in the room is either old, dirty or with stains. They describe their room in the booking.com as “double room of double queen beds” which misguide me to believe there’re four beds in the suite/room, so I had to pay another room with a higher rate when we arrived and two rooms were not next to each other. One of the room were full of the smoking smell and the control buttons of the AC unit were broken. We talked to the front desk but were told all rooms were sold out. Finally the manager of the motel gave us the room at the end of the building which has no fridge and the light switch were dirty. The bathtubs has brownish stains that looks like blood. The blanket on the bed were wear wearing out but the white sheets were ok. There’s a patched hole on the wall by the door and the security chain lock was loose. We didn’t feel safe, comfortable or welcomed in this property. My 14 year old son was so scared and couldn’t sleep all night. So we only stayed there 5 hours. We won’t come there again and won’t recommend this place to anyone.

We only stayed for about 10 mins, long enough to book new hotel. Our room had a broken dead bolt, blood on pillow and pillowcase, and burn hole in blanket. When I brought it to staff attention and advised we were leaving, her response was that she was surprise another hotel had an opening. She said nothing about the issues we had. I’m waiting on refund, but it is almost impossible to reach anyone by phone, including management.

I have no complaints my room was pretty decent for the most part and especially at a time where me and my family really needed a place to stay I would say hands down this place was very decent and the staff were excellent

I liked how close it was to everything, there was a McDonald’s and 7-11 really close to the rooms. And the rooms were pretty clean as well as the facilities.

The property was very nice but there was cigarette burns in all of the blankets and dead bugs on the air conditioner

I was very disgusted and disappointed. It was roaches crawling everywhere , bathroom dirty, sheets dirty , who room overall dirty !

Very nice place to visit

They have cockroaches people live there permanently. Won't use Expedia again. Hopefully I don't have bugs in my bags
