Mentor Home Inn and Suites

We had been supposed to stay in a non-smoking room. Upon entering the room the smell was as if a group of smokers had a 420 and cigar party 5 minutes before we got there. The front desk staff and hotels.com phone people were quite helpful in cancelation of the reservation for a full refund.

I was told my reservation was overbooked they told me to call Expedia to try to get my money back I was on the phone for a half hour I was sitting in my car and they came out and said they had found my reservation

There was no breakfast and I had burn wholes in the blanket.

The smell in the room and have more clean blankets.

The location

Needs an upgrade a lil paint wouldn’t hurt and pillows would have been great they was flat as hell .. room could have been cleaner ..

Accommodations were cancelled by hotel due to overbooking. Did not get notified until we arrived at the property.

I have not stayed there because my booking was canceled

The front desk worker refused to give me a room when I clearly had a reservation and I showed proof of the reservation and she immediately said no and she said that she wouldn’t answer the phone when Expedia would call pertaining to my booking

The guy at the front desk freaked out at Check in. I was 4 minutes Early Check in is at 3:00 pm not 2:56 pm buddy wasn’t happy about that at all. Play it safe check in at 4pm.

room smelled like urine. their solution was a wax burner air freshener. there was a felony bust with 5 police cars while i was staying.
