The Lodges at Table Rock

The place meet our needs for our whole family could be together . The size and everyone had their own bathroom and king size bed. Location was perfect.

It was dirty!! The fireplace didn’t work out of gas. Cobwebs all around squirrels, living in the roof and in attic. You could see them going in and out of the house and there was a pile of dirty towels in the bathroom closet and it stunk. And not many pans to cook with. The main thing was, we did not stay at this location that I chose through Booking.com. They tried to move us to another location that gave us queen, beds, and twin beds and had to share bathrooms. That was not what I was looking for. Finally, after talking to the resort for a week and a half they moved us to this other location and where we all had king beds and bathroom. The resort was very Pushy about coming to a timeshare meeting and I did not want a part of that!

Beautiful view. Very roomy. Nice beds.

The walls are very thin, not a huge deal but just an fyi. Also could use some minor improvement like rug coming of the threshold.

Check in was not located on premises. When they called to confirm I was not informed. Guy at the desk to get parking pass was rude because I did not want to do the presentation for time share. Walls were very thin with normal conversation everything could be heard. The carpet was filthy. Need to update amenities. Stated there was a DVD player there is not. Internet was out for a day.

The Mountain View from the balcony room was Amazing.

There was no elevator.

Space was as described.

Fireplace didn't work. Asked for assistance, was told they would be there. They were not. Called 5 times for a comforter for the pull out bed, starting around f 4:30 p.m. The bedding arrived at almost 11:00 p.m. When we checked in, all 5 people were listed so this wasn't a surprise and we feel the bedding should have already been in the unit. The floors were dirty, both carpet and tile. Hair, dirt and trash on master bath floor. Carpet terribly stained. Pillows are not comfortable. Misinformed at concierge desk about how long the vacation club presentation would last and made it sound like our current vacation could easily be connected to Capital.

Room smelled terrible, bath tub was dirty, very few cooking utensils, furniture was scratched up. Fireplace didnt work, internet went down

I was happy with the location and the size of the cabin.

The cabin could of been cleaner, there was hair on the shower walls, there was trash sticking out from under the couch, someone could have actually cleaned it before we rented it, the beds are very lumpy.

Staff member got alittle attitude when I did not want the credit nor participate in brkfst & seminar .

Location was great and the property was quiet. Had a nice playground for our kids to play on. Also had a really pretty view

It wasn’t the cleanest…the kitchen, bathroom and bed were clean but it was very dusty and we found some garbage under the furniture. The floors weren’t real clean either. It looked like someone went through and just cleaned what was most noticeable but didn’t touch anything else. We were also without air conditioning for 2 days and at 1 one point the temp inside the condo got up to 77 degrees. They did finally get it fixed for us but it took a while.
