I was dissatisfied with the booking.com referral to a resort that resulted in an inconvenience experience. the resort's cleanness, which included my wife and I cleaning the bathroom, floors, bathtub, and numerous door handles and towel racks falling apart. additionally, the bed was uncomfortable.

The view from the lodge is great, location of the lodge is great but the booking does not tell you the amenities at the lodge are not the ones you use the amenities are 10 minutes away. The amenities are stormy point are nice, they need to disclose to n the booking these are the amenities to use.

No one at the lodge answers the phone, took 45 min to figure out where to check in because no one answers. The condo smelled old and and musty . It seemed like deserted, toilets had gross stains. I finally found another phone number and had to drive 12 min to check in and to use amenities. This was not disclosed when booking the photos of the amenities on site that are not available to use. Stormy point acquired the property a year ago but still acted like it’s the lodges fault. Do not give enough trash bags or toilet paper but no one is around to refill. The hideaway bed has no bedding at all no sheets or blankets to use. Stormy point needs to take responsibility for this property they acquired.

We paid $1050 for a 4 night stay, December 11-15, 2025, in a Lodge with 4 King size bedrooms, each with its own bathroom off of the bedroom. DO NOT STAY AT THE LODGES ON TABLE ROCK LAKE in Branson MO. Difficult to locate our Lodge because there is no lighting on the steep grade street and no addresses on the curb in front of the Lodges. Our original Lodge #81 had a gas leak in the fireplace which filled the rooms with a gas smell. Lodge #81 was also missing the toaster, pots and pans, and a door knob on the exit door of the upstairs bedroom at the top of the stairs. We called the office concerning the gas smell and they sent over Daniel, the Maintenance Man. He said to open the windows in the upstairs bedroom and leave the fireplace on during our stay. We disagreed with this plan. So he called the office. The office called back and said they could move us to a unit at another property, but it would have been a downgrade. I told her that was not acceptable. I said that we wanted a similar Lodge with 4 King size bedrooms, each with its own bathroom off of the bedroom.. I was told that she would look some more and get back to me. We waited another half an hour with the windows and door open. Then we got back into our vehicle to avoid sitting in the cold, gas filled Lodge. I called the office and was told that they left me a message twice on my cell phone. I saw no messages on my phone and I asked them what number they called. They had mixed up my number, but refused to admit it. No one ever apologized throughout the whole ordeal.

We were told that they were moving us across the street to Lodge #106. We discovered the following problems: The fireplace does not light. The kitchen chairs are unstable. The stove has a crack in the glass on the stove door. The hood above the stove has a bad odor when running. The microwave turntable wobbles. The microwave makes a terrible buzzing noise when operating. The downstairs bathroom off the kitchen toilet paper dispenser is broken. The other downstairs bathroom towel bar is missing. The King size beds are very uncomfortable with very few covers and the weather dropped below freezing at night. There is a Critter in the ceiling of the upstairs bedroom, located at the top of the stairs. The downstairs heating system is faulty. One downstairs bedroom is extremely hot while the other downstairs bedroom off the kitchen is extremely cold. The Jacuzzi bathtub in the downstairs bathroom off the kitchen does not work. Location of room. Staff wasn't informative about amenities. Was more worried about selling a timeshare. So bad left a day early

The unit was bigger than expected with a large living room, full kitchen and laundry room for those lucky enough to have an extended stay. Overall just a very comfortable space.

Unknown to us, the ‘lobby’ portion of the lodge was under renovation and it was confusing trying to figure out how and where to check in. Also I did not want or appreciate having to listen to a time share pitch for 5-10 minutes while waiting for my check in paperwork to be completed.

The accommodations were good, and the view was great. The condo was what we expected, and everything was as advertised.

Ater driving all day, I didn't like to have to listen to a sales pitch's about going to a sales pitch. I paid for the location and just wanted access. I would have preferred a Keurig in the room as opposed to a pot but this wasn't a deal breaker. Also the primary bed was a little rough.

Cabin location is very good. Cabin is roomy, clean, and very nice.

Minor complaints: some things in cabin did work - oven and some of the tv remotes. Parking is adequate but very limited. Sales pitch at check-in to get "parking passes" was totally unwanted.
