View was beautiful! Staff was friendly. If you reported anything wrong they were quick to fix it.

Location was great. Maintenance was great called about remote issue. Very prompt response.

We were told at check in we couldn't use poop that was at location and had to drive to different loaction to use pool due to how we booked our reservation which is ridiculous and was not mentioned when booking or in information. Had no pool towels.

Hated that the neighbors on site were loud and disrupted yelling outside of the rooms after 11/12 o clock. Tried calling front office no response

Was not clean!! Not enough seating in living room and dining area for the occupancy allowed. No extra linens for pull out bed or those who sleep warmer No accommodations for children - high chair, pack n play, etc

We liked that this was so close to SDC and the room was good for the price.

Checking in wasn't good. Maps on our phone didn't take us to the right place and we called numerous times and nobody answered. At our room there was no amenities. You had to drive about 15 minutes away (where you check in at) to enjoy any amenities. There was a pool right by our room, but we were told it wasn't ours to use.

The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed the screened-in porch. The location was convenient to Indian Point, Silver Dollar City, and Branson.

We thought the beds were hard. However, I realize that a mattress preference is personal and often find that beds in rental units are harder than we like.

The room itself was good. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms/kitchen were good. The front desk people were friendly.

Took 3 days to get us on WiFi…I had to call 3 times and I finally figured out how to fix it myself. We had no remotes to turn on the tvs. I told them that three times. We never got them during our entire stay. We were never told the address for check-in was different than the property address. It took us over an hour to figure out where to check in the first day. There was trash left outside our door from the previous people. I told them but it still got left overnight. Then an animal got into it and it was everywhere in front of our door the next morning.

Good location.

Poorly stocked. No cleaning supplies. Refrigerator froze the food. Bad light switch in one of the bedrooms. Concierge never retuned calls. Screwed up our check out date. Had to call three times to get correct door code.
