This unit was clean and maintained. It was stocked well, had a functional layout, and comfortable furnishings.

We have been to this property a few times in the past, and all have been positive experiences. This trip, was a little different. It began upon arrival to find that we had to go to another location to actually check in due to office renovations. This location wasn’t nearby or easy to navigate as it was off in a cluster of resort units. Once we found the office, I went in to find a very busy lobby. After waiting my turn, I gave all the information (that should’ve already been on my reservation) and collected my key code. Then, I was directed to yet another line where I had to wait for a parking pass. I gave all of that same information, yet again, and narrowly escaped a time share pitch before receiving my pass. We drove back to our rental location where we had to navigate using cellphone flashlights (due to poor lighting) down the stairs, bags in hand, to find our unit number. Inside, we walked on the deck to find the once beautiful views littered with new condo units. The only minor, negative experiences we had with the interior of the unit was the television wouldn’t turn on with the remote, but would come on via the power button on the side by hand. Not sure why. Also, the fireplace wouldn’t come on. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but very different and more commercialized than years past.

It's located in a beautiful area.

1. No information about checking office being closed. 2. No information about not having elevators. It was challenging for handicapped to go upstairs. 3. There were bags of trash right outside the building the entire time we were there. 4. After driving 15 minutes to find the temporary check in. The lady who gave me the villa information just handed me main information paper and told me to go to a different desk to get parking pass. The clerk with the pass was very rude after I said I didn't want to do the timeshare brief. He didn't want to give me the parking pass unless I did the brief. I asked a different representative for help and voiced my encounter with the other guy. 5. The villa was very nice and the view was excellent. The fireplace didn't work, balcony was not sturdy (wabbled), and we had to use a plunger for one of the toilets as it wouldn't flush when we first arrived. Won't stayed here again.

Location

Carpet stained and dirty, was moved to another apartment and it had mold in the closet where the broom was located. Dryer took forever to dry the towels. I personally think we should be refunded our money. MOLD in the apartment.
