The Lodges at Table Rock

The cost for a whole house. It’s a deal for a place this big It had 4 bedrooms with their own private bathroom! A screened in back porch was nice to have! Place just outdated!

Not handicap accessible. For anyone that can’t do stairs or a lot of them I wouldn’t recommend this place. Outdated but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. However could use upgrading for sure! The carpet is old it really needs to be replaced! The chairs in dining area hard just wooden not very comfortable to sit in long. Definitely tell the place had been sitting for a while even though it was clean it had a musty smell from just sitting unused when you walked in front door. The water pressure wasn’t great but it still ok to take shower. Our unit the oven didn’t work which sucked cause we lost the food we were going to cook! We did call the maintenance but it was a part that needed to be ordered. Plus the fireplace didn’t either which wasn’t big deal but couple cold nights it would have been nice to have it!

We loved the location! It was very convenient to silver dollar city. There was a nice convenience store around the corner, and Branson was only a few miles away.

First of all, I booked through booking dot com and when I checked in, the people kept trying to push a timeshare on me and kept on after several times being told no. Very frustrating! The property is run down and needs updating. The hard floors were all scratched up from the furniture being scooted around, and the carpet was all wavy in the bedrooms probably from excessive shampooing. There was a leak when we got there causing the kitchen floor to be wet, and the air conditioner wasn’t working. Maintenance did come out the next day and fix those issues. There was also a part of the screened in porch that the screen had fallen down and not been fixed.

The location is fantastic. Very easy to access and the rooms are pretty nice.

The property has recently been acquired by Capital Vacations. Timeshare owners. Nothing against them, they’re great people. The room however, was not clean when we arrived. Called the front desk, they sent someone over, he left saying he needed to call them back. 45 minutes later after not hearing anything, I called back, was told by the manager she was personally coming to clean the room. We left to go have dinner, came back and the room was cleaned. The inconvenience of having to check in at one place and then drive to another to stay was a tad aggravating. All in all it wasn’t a horrible experience but we also spent very little time in the apartment.
