"My Stay at Alpa City Suites"

My recent stay at Alpa City Suites was very pleasant. Rooms were clean, Air- Con was cold. Breakfast was not too bad but still have room for improvement, service staffs were friendly not hesitating to greet you whenever & wherever they see you. Getting a taxi at the front of the Hotel is easy, the friendly Bell Hop & the Security Guards will be ever obliging to flag down a taxi for you. Only disadvantage is that the Hotel's Wifi signal doesn't seems to be available at all. Overall, it's still a good place to stay & I will definitely stay there again during my next visit. Last but not least, this hotel has smoking rooms available & not easy to find elsewhere..

"Second visit to Hotel"

The Hotel was extremely welcoming, the rooms were very clean and the staff were very polite and always greeted you with a good morning or good evening. The food was good and plentiful - The staff on the main reception desk were always willing to help with any difficulties you may have had and sorted them out with the minimum of fuss. All in all a very good hotel - This is my second visit to this hotel so I would recommend it to anyone.

Helpful and friendly staff even tough we arrived after midnight. Clean and comfortable room. Nice selection of breakfast foods. Overall, good value for money!

"Excellent"

pleaseant stay. room service needs some room for improvement though. ordered our food and it took almost an hour to get it and staff doesnt seem to know how to communicate what went wrong. other than that, made our weekend great!

"Clean and had great service by the staff"

Was a nice place for an extended stay. Hotel staff was helpful and professional. Rooms were clean and well kept. The only issue was, when the key card was pulled the power to the room was turned off. This is normal for hotels in the area. This made it hard to keep refrigerated items cold when we were not in the room.

Hotel well worth the price. Each of the rooms has dedicated wi-fi router which makes internet access really good. Staff is helpful. Solid breakfast buffet.

The Room is Amazing The Only Prob is the Socket Behind the bed.. But Just Ask For and Extension And Everything Will Be Alright.. I had An Amazing stay at this HOTEL. and the Staff Are So Nice.. I Will Come Back Here..

"Very pleasant surprise! "

I was very pleased with my stay at Alpa City Suites. I have stayed at all types of hotels all around the world and I have to admit this is one of my most favorite hotels to stay at. Excellent staff who always makes an effort to go above and beyond.......always willing to please with always a smile on their faces. From the guards and doormen.......from the front desk and banquet staff to the housekeepers and maintenance........all excellent service. This is a top notch hotel which has very comfortable rooms, very clean bathrooms with excellent hot water in the showers and a great breakfast buffet and room service. Food was always great and not once was I disappointed with it or any other thing in the hotel. I stayed there 15 days and not once did I regret one minute there.............they showed my fiance and me the utmost respect at all times. I love this hotel and will use it again on my next visit to Cebu.
