"Alpa and omega"

my stay was just an overnighter prior to flying out of Cebu to Manila. everything was fine. we had supper in their restaurant and the food was ok. I ordered a pizza and it came to the table cold. a waitress cheerfully nuked it for me. our water glass was constantly refilled. the room was comfortable and clean. the only negative was the huge cockroach that I killed.

"OK Place"

Room was small and they advertise kitchenette but don't allow cooking in rooms====micro wave only. excellent breakfast buffet. caught a 4 inch cockroach!

The hotel staff are courteous and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is great. But the sink in our bathroom needs repair. The location is accessible to both SM City Cebu and Ayala Mall Cebu.

"This hotel is pleasant"

Alpa City Suites is close to Ayala Mall by cab in about 10-15mins, as traffic has always seem to be heavy in the area. The food was not 4 star on its taste. They have poor choices on their food, as well. I have traveled with my mother and she did not like the food that much, just like what I also thought. The room is pleasantly clean and this is something that we were comfortable with. The staff were nice and was very helpful.

Every staff were smiling everytime. It makes me really happy. And the clealiness of room and Wifi was also nice. The price was also nice. If I go cebu again, i will go Alpa certainly.

"Ok hotel"

Internet down a lot. Small ants in room Was given smaller room although I paid for deluxe room. Breakfast buffet good Location was ok Asked Expedia to have hotel credit back the extra $5 a day I paid for larger room but no reply farm hotel yet
