Great hotel We stayed 2 nights, had a great stay Good sized rooms and bathroom Minibar Snacks Best of all fantastic breakfast buffet All staff are lovely and welcoming Only shame that hotels is quite far from the city centre, you would have to catch a cab or jeepney if you know how to use it Few eateries around the area, nothing special tho Would I stay again, of course.

Hotel is in dire need of renovations and touch ups.

Breakfast buffet is very good. Food at the café is also good and priced fairly. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Shower and hot water is good. Sightseeing in Cebu and Bohol requires 2 to 3 hours of commuting in traffic and windy roads

Had a great time at a great hotel. The staff was really nice and the room was clean and orderly.

The hotel itself is nice, breakfast is OK, the Ac and surrounding areas are loud like other reviews say. The location is terrible, nothing is walking distance, you do have to take a taxi everywhere and the hotel has stopped their shuttle service. I'd stay here if I were on business but not for a vacation.

Had a great stay. Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Requested for a pill for headache and they gave us one right away.

For the price, this is good value. It's nicely presented and the staff are attentive and helpful. The free breakfast is quite good, again given the room rate, it's a good place to stay if you need to be in the Mandaue area. My only real gripe was the very noisy aircon. Which is positioned right at the side of the bed. Apart from that, all was ok.

Value for money every time. We visit the Alpa Suites frequently whenever I am in the Philippines. I think this hotel is quite hard to beat if you are on a budget. Good polite and smiling staff. Spacious clean rooms and big beds. Good breakfast buffet and a very good Omelet Station. The only thing we didn't like is that the hotel has amended its policies with giving away complimentary toothbrushes etc. It makes the guest feel awkward in asking, and would probably delay checkout for billing of such items. That could easily spoil guest experience. We like this hotel and we will return there again soon. I rate this hotel as a 4.7 out of 5.
