Bathroom was falling apart - cracks all over the ceiling, bath tub falling apart

It's okay, but definitly not worth the price. the shower was bad and general facilities were not complete.

Clean, central and friendly staff

The room had everything and was large. The breakfast didn't include gluten free or sugar free food.

On arrival I met with colleagues at the bar, to be informed they had no lager at all and we would have to go over the road to sister hotel to get a drink. We all trudged across the road, in the rain. They did have beer, of course we could not charge to our room as they were a different hotel! When we went to our rooms, at 3am people were running up and down corridor shouting and laughing very loudly, we all called down to reception to complain. It took them 20 minutes to come up to the floor to sort out!!! One colleague had a room in which the whole night all he could hear was running water in the wall by the bed (until the noise in the corridor was louder)! Won't be staying there next year. Stayed last year and the previous year and it was great, not sure what happened!

Very comfortable room but was disturbed by noise from the road outside as room was at the front of the building

When we got there we had to pay 8 pounds to park the car it should be free and it didn't say in the description it wasn't free all so the beds were good but the room walls dirty there was holes in the paper the paper is piling in places the furniture is worn out and falling to bits the room was 135 have a look not pleased

Wonderful... friendly staff, clean room, free parking, breakfast included...everything I needed.
