Basic but v near the station and reasonably priced

Staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating, but there were quiye a few negatives; plug sockets either didn’t work or wouldn’t fit because of the positioning of the fitted desk, so reception gave us an adapter. The phone didn’t work. The room was unbearably hot as there was no air conditioning so reception gave us fans. It was that hot and uncomfortable that our four year old was up being sick most of the night. Other than that the beds were comfy and the location of the hotel is ideally in the centre, with a car park that’s slightly cheapter for people staying at the hotel

Cleaniness and freshness in the rooms they should check all the rooms are in working order

Good Customer Service and rooms were of good standard would stay again

Beautiful hotel the complementary English breakfast was absolutely gorgeous I would recommend this hotel to my best friends it was right in the city center very convenient and it was just a beautiful hotel

Stay was ok, bed was ok pillows were not. Personal preference but this time they were hard and uncomfortable

The fire alarm going off at 01.30hrs and being unable to get back to sleep. Nowhere to put dog poo, in the grounds /garden area.

We didn’t actually stay at the Hallmark Inn as it was closed for refurbishment. We were upgraded to the four star Hallmark Midland Hotel across the road, which was fantastic in every respect!

Helpful staff, handy location. Have used in several occasions.
