Derby Station Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Close to train station. Clean Simple but was what was essentially needed

It was Amazing

The reception staff were very attentive which helped as the room smelt fusty & had no air conditioning. Very old decor. Would be ideal if there was a movie channel or sky. The shower was great to but the bathroom could do with an extractor fan

The main hotel was much larger and staff were very friendly and welcoming

Fantastic location, soup and sandwiches at the end of the night if you got back early enough. Shame about the hairdryer!

Close to the train station and a good selection of eating places nearby. A spacious room and friendly helpful staff.

The room I stayed was very good and also the bed was comfy and nice. Very well indicated and the signs were good indicating towards where the room was.

Good overall accommodation. Parking extra and £8 a night, breakfast served across the road at sister hotel, with early opening at 06:30hrs, reasonable buffet breakfast worth having even if the food could be hotter, could do with a microwave really. Very limited TV channels with nothing less than gas telly really, not even free view.

Fabulous hotel clean comfortable beds hotel staff friendly and efficient ...food beautiful ..would definately recommend car park charges £8 per day in a safe secure place ...cheaper than parking elsewhere .. but feel when youre staying at hotel parking should be free...but this is the only negative of this hotel evrything else was perfect and only 5 minute walk to intu shopping mall !! ..
