Derby Station Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Wall paper coming off the walls, stains and holes in the curtains. Was awoken at 2am and again at 5 am by people breaking glass bottles and shouting in the courtyard to the hotel, didn't feel overly safe!

It's comfortable and ideally located for my needs.

Excellent location for me. Room was perfectly adequate for my needs but wasn't anything special.

Always a comfortable stay. Nice towels and plenty of hot water . Lots of car parking. Close to our favourite Indian restaurant

Decent hotel close to the station. Only slight complaint was the room was very hot and the rad wouldn’t turn down. And the bar was shut for refurb.

Actual hotel was okay, but. I booked the hotel for a full days assessment with Rolls Royce. Having recently left the Royal Navy, I am trying to resettle back in my home country having served across the world. I was kept awake until 4.30am by next door partying, at which point I finally complained, I needed to be up at 6.30am. This had a knock affect for the rest of my day and indeed the interviews, affecting my resettlement prospects, something I don't think was particularly fair or worth paying for.

It was amazing to stay them. Only thing I found it strange is overnight paid car parking.
