Derby Station Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Lovely hotel staff helpful. A little disappointed that we had to go to the hotel across the road for breakfast. We have stayed here many times before and never had to do this.

I like its convenient location. There's nothing that I dislike about the hotel.

Very old fashioned hotel The staff made my stay they were so friendly at breakfast but overall no comparison to The mickleover court The hotel needs a lot of attention refurbishment sadly it could be beautiful x

Great value for money. Lovely breakfast. Unclear where to go for breakfast. Not very comfortable pillows.

The hotel itself was reasonable for the price we paid. There was no air conditioning in the rooms which meant it was a bit hot and stuffy. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. It looked like the hotel was being used as a half way house though as there were lots of adults and children using the lounge/kitchen area and children playing in the corridors and laying on sofas around the hallways. Breakfast was lovely but this was served in the sister hotel across the road which was much nicer. We will definitely book in there next time

A good easy going athmosphere, breakfast was excellent value for money, there was no trouble coming and going to my room. There was no interference from staff, the athmosphere was pleasant, there was nothing I noticed that I could complain about. I felt good there and the city environment was good too. I would definitely use the Hallmark hotel again when visiting Derby which I plan to in the near future.

I have been to this hotel lots of times this time i was very unhappy the cleaning was poor broken window and we had to go to the sister hotel across the street in the rain to have breakfast i must say the 3 ladys servicing were lovely very helpful 1 day no breakfast as oven broken but the manager was very rude the hotel was like a hostel people run up and down hall 1PM and 3 AM

Though the overall services provided were pleasing, having to cross a busy road and walk through Hallmark Hotel grounds to obtain food is a clear disadvantage if the weather is inclement
