Bamboo Village Beach Resort & Spa

We loved the boutique style of the resort, the pool was perfect for kids (shallow, warm) Food was excellent and staff at the restaurant were really friendly Live music some evenings - really lovely

The manager was rude. After arriving with two small kids from a 4 hour car journey, he tells me he needs to verify my card even though this will charge me, and to be honest I’m already annoyed as I had to use a card that charges international fees because prior to coming to Vietnam, they had not accepted a different card of mine (which I always use for international travel as it doesn’t incur charges and no other hotel on our trip had had a problem with) because it only had my first initial on rather than my full first name (this is common in the uk). He was patronising and rude and basically told me we would have to leave if he was unable to verify my card. Having travelled extensively around south east Asia (where I grew up), I have never had this problem in any other hotel nor this level of “computer says no” rudeness. This was very disappointing for an otherwise lovely establishment and I must say all the other staff were lovely, it was just the manager who was unacceptably rude- and for this reason I wouldn’t stay again because it was stressful to deal with him. BUT! If he can be polite and professional in future then I would recommend it overall.

The rooms and bungalows are set in beautifully kept jungle like grounds.. the bungalow we stayed in was excellent.

The beach... not good.

I stayed here for a week to relax after 6 weeks travelling and it was a perfect experience! I had a very nice room either a view an a balcony, light and very quiet AC Spa was super, pool great, beach perfect Excellent restaurant and a delicious breakfast included. I want to thank Miss Thuán especially, who served during breakfast, for her kindness and thoughtful attitude during my stay. All the stafmembers are very nice and everybody makes your stay unforgettable Thank you

Eine wunderbare grüne Oase mit wunderschönen Blumen, Palmen, Pflanzen aller Art, die von einer grossen Anzahl von Gärtnern gepflegt wird. 2 Swimmingpool, sehr sauber. Es hatte sowohl am Strand wie auch im Poolbereich immer genügend freie Liegen. Grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Oft Live-Musik am Abend. Eine tolle Auswahl an Gerichten auch fürs Abendessen. Stets freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein toller Ort mit direktem Strandzugang. Sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

My family was pleased. I booked 2 beachfront bungallows and it is a really nice and comfortable place, service is good too, although the food wasn't that great for my tatse, except the yougurt. Yogurt was peak hehe.

The Bamboo Village ticked a lot of boxes for us , if you don't mind the 3 hr journey frim Ho Chi Minh then it's a gem of a find, beautiful gardens , peace & tranquillity & the location , close to lovely restaurants & bars which are very good value for money. To top it all the staff are lovely, nothing was too much trouble..Hottai & his team in the restaurant & Hieu , Thuan all together a great team.

We weren't unhappy really but a Happy Hr @ the beach bar would have been great with some different music

We live in Vietnam for 4 years and this is the best place we stayed at. The highest level of hospitality and perfect location. Great food and fantastic garden. The stuff is so kind and friendly, they will help you literally with any request. Everyone seems to be your friend here. I would like to mention Hung and Quang specially, they paid so much attention during our stay. If you plan to visit Vietnam I highly recommend to go to Mui Ne and stay at Bamboo Village. That would be the best vacation ever. Thank you for being so cool, we will definitely return to your lovely resort ❤️❤️❤️

There are lots of reasons to choose Bamboo Village for a holiday , this was our first visit to Mui Ne & the start of our holiday so it meant a tiring journey to get here , so mostly we have enjoyed the relaxation in a perfect setting. The peace & tranquillity of the resort was fabulous, the adult swimming pool so peaceful & the garden beautiful, a pleasure to enjoy. However the staff have been hands down wonderful , helpful & smiling. A mention here for customer care from Huyen & Thuan but honestly all staff treated us with a smile , nothing too much trouble Location great , a fabulous spot right on the beach . We hope to return
