The staff!! Everybody that works for this resort adds to your experience. Special shout out to the staff of the restaurant: Vu, who makes the best cocktails and is always willing to learn to make new ones. Huong and Tuan who have been there for over 20-25 years and really do know how to help make your stay incredible. The bell boy, who’s name I forgot but who’s English was amazing and he made us feel so welcome from the beginning and all the gardeners that keep the place lush and green.

The amount of Russians that overtook all the beds by the pool with their towels! They would reserve the beds for themselves while they went to the beach or town

Tout était génial, l’accueil, les espaces piscines, gym et yoga et le spa était extraordinaire ! Le restaurant qui donne sur la plage était extra, 10/10

We enjoyed our stay a lot, and we would like to return again in the future. The beach, food, nature, and room was really great, and we recommend this resort to anyone that want to stay at the beach in Mui Ne. All of the staff is very friendly, but I would like to mention Hung Van Bao who called the bus company and made sure we were gonna be picked up at the resort at the end of our stay.

Bamboo Village Resort is een prachtig resort. De ligging aan de zee, de prachtige tuin, de service van de medewerkers en de faciliteiten, aan werkelijk alles is gedacht. De kamers zijn ruim en hebben goede bedden, een ruime badkamer en zijn allemaal van een goed werkende airco voorzien. De tuin is werkelijk prachtig. Het is alsof je in de jungle verblijft. Prachtige bomen en planten die goed onderhouden worden. Elke wandeling is een genot. Ook de faciliteiten zoals het restaurant, de spa en de zwembaden zijn heel goed. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en service gericht. Toen wij door een calamiteit langer moesten blijven werden we geholpen aan een nieuwe kamer. Speciale dank aan Tam (Sarah). We hebben een heerlijke vakantie bij jullie gehad.

Die Gartenanlage war üppig und gepflegt. Die Lage am Meer gefällt.

Das Frühstücksangebot war äusserst dürftig. Die Bungalows sind in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Viersterneresort stelle ich mir anders vor. Preis-Leistung stimmte für uns gar nicht. Bestimmt haben wir viel mehr bezahlt als die Pauschaltouristen, welche dieses Hotel vornehmlich bevölkern.

Hotel located in Mui Ne, not far from restaurants and shops. The hotel is ssurrounded by a beautyful tropical garden with many flowers. No matter in which building you live the distance to the beach in no longer than 150 m. There are no noices so the atmosphere is good to enjoy full rest. On the area you'll find a restaurant ofering tasty dishes at moderate prices. Rooms are well equipped and comfortable enough.Air condition works quietly and doesn't disturb in sleeping. The rooms are kept clean but small tips are well seen of course. Generally, the hotel service is very nice, friendly and helpful. It regards cleaning stuff, waiters and people at the reception desk. The hotel buildings have lifts.
