Beautiful hotel excellent service we loved our butlers Alfredo and Genesis. They took care of us and made this stay exceptional incredibly pleasant place to stay. The new remodel is absolutely gorgeous. Wonderful location to stay in Mexico City.

Everyone in this hotel was amazing, from the moment we checked in service was warm and attentive. Concierge was very helpful with reservations and the best was Mohammed, he was always with a smile, kind, helpful.. just amazing! Can’t wait to be back.

We loved our stay at St. Regis. The attention to service was a wonderful aspect of our stay that made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was thorough and was a great way to start the day. We will definitely stay here when we return and we will look to stay at St. Regis hotels in our future travel. The location is very central and ideal for visiting sights.

Safe, quiet inside the hotel but you can hear cars honking nights and morning. Convenient, some dining options. Good point to start and end your day. Room was clean but lighting was low in the bathroom.
