While we initially encountered an issue with our room, Alejandro, the front desk manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing less than perfect. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly made our visit special and memorable. Our butler, Alfredo, was exceptional—attentive, warm, and always anticipating our needs. At the pool, a delightful attendant frequently checked in with us, making sure everything was, as he put it, “perfect”—and it truly was. Every aspect of our stay, from the flawless room service to the exquisite cocktails at the King Cole Bar and the indulgent spa treatments, was impeccable. The service at The St. Regis Mexico City ranks among the best we’ve experienced anywhere in the world. Every staff member we encountered exemplified excellence, making us feel genuinely valued. We can’t wait to return to this incredible property and relive the magic all over again. Highly recommended!

Possibly the top hotel in Mexico City! The staff is excellent and naturally the service. Mostly excellent decor and the Spa is very nice. The food is surprisingly good inna competitive town. Definitely try the hotel…I would go back. The location is very central, safe and definitely walkable.

The St. Regis is strategically positioned between the best districts making it very convenient for everything and the hotel itself is contemporary, luxurious and with impeccable service. The front office manager and all the staff are attentive and interested in making sure everything is perfect. The St. Regis Butler services is also above and beyond a typical 5-star hotel. Our butler sewed a missing button on my jacket and they press clothes or bring you coffee and unpack or shine shoes- just a very elegant and useful perk. The rooms are very spacious and the floor to ceiling glass opens up the view to all of Mexico City and the bathrooms well appointed with tubs and luxury products Views are beautiful and the breakfast which was included in our rate for Lifetime Titanium members is well beyond you expect- it includes an extensive buffet and a menu and you get both included. Lots of Mexican options as well as Mimosas and champagne are included.

Just checked in to st Regis in Mexico City for 2 rooms . I specially asked 2 rooms either be connected or attached so the kids stay close to us but was given 2 rooms on the same floor but separate from each other .not good . I expected more from st Regis

There are hotels that you just know that you’ll return to, and the St Regis in Mexico City is one of them. It’s an oasis of peace in the middle bustling city! From the exceptional staff to the exquisite rooms, and the attention to details - it is everything you could ask for and more! The breakfast is amazing, and its restaurants and bars offer something for everyone. The staff is wonderful, and despite being at full capacity, the team will make you feel like you are their absolute priority. The rooms are timeless, elegant and the bed possibly the best I have ever slept in! I also highly recommend the hotel’s spa services, which only add to the feeling of complete calm and relaxation! And the concierge team and the butler service, who were always so helpful with any question or request!
