From the moment you enter ST REGIS MEX DF- you are taken to another level of service! The concierge went above & beyond for me. My Flight was delayed and a family member was left at DF airport alone. I called and concierge- they handled it all, and sent car service for her. She was cared for at property and even Fed before I even checked in to the hotel. No issues at all. WOW. The Staff go out of their way to make guests feel like Royalty. We had daily coffee (private butler) delivered to our rooms. My butler was awesome and offered tips on getting around. The drinks at the Bar are wonderful and great quality (Best Margarita). The rooms are GORGEOUS and rather large. My family of 4 were very comfortable in our room. Bathroom big and Shower pressure excellent. Concierge Team is (ALL of THEM) are excellent and I tipped them daily for their help. They made daily Dinner reservations for my Family and suggestions for sight seeing. They have the best Attitude and enjoy helping Guests. I HATED to leave the Property when we departed for Puebla. Juan Angel (General Mgr) super professional and runs a great Hotel in DF. I have travelled +40 countries and 1st time staying at a St Regis Property. This Property is perhaps the Best Luxury Hotel I have ever visited globally. Sincere thank you to Juan Angel and the wonderful caring staff @ ST REGIS MEX CITY! I will be back soon . This is the only hotel I will stay when visiting MEX CITY.

It’s a nicely located hotel! But is is very noisy!

From the moment I arrived at the St. Regis Mexico City, I was completely blown away. This wasn’t just a stay it was an experience I’ll remember for a lifetime. Every single team member went above and beyond, from the incredibly attentive butlers, warm and welcoming bellmen, the professional and kind front desk, and the thoughtful and knowledgeable concierge team who anticipated my every need. A special thank you to Chef Daniel, whose culinary talent turned my meal into a work of art. His passion and creativity truly elevated my stay. And to Daniela and Marianna, the incredible managers who made me feel like royalty every step of the way your hospitality and care did not go unnoticed. This trip was unforgettable because of all of you. Thank you, St. Regis, for setting a new gold standard in service and making me feel so special. I can’t wait to return! For the price we paid, we expected better service and attention, however it was inconsistent. We were 3 women. Gentlemen at the front door and our butlers were all excellent and this feedback is not reflective of them, but front desk and housekeeping needed to be more attentive. First off, front desk staff (Alejandro) asked for extra adult charge per night, which we had already paid and I had to email proof of it. Next, our butler Mario (who was excellent) accompanied us to our room and it was one 1 king bed vs 2 queens we paid for. Mario quickly got that fixed, however by then we already started on wrong footing. Next, everything in room was in 2s (robes, glasses, hair mask, etc) and we had to request 3rd of each item. Housekeeping left 2 treats every night, well- intentioned but again lacking attention that we were 3. On the weekend, it got very noisy as it’s beside a very busy intersection and beside a building with active construction and noise cancellation was not that great. Very cheap quality iron, steamer and hair dryer, that we struggled to use everytime. Bit dated property, drains were stinking from room showers to public use toilets. No turndown service, unless requested. Again, attention to detail lacking for the price point they are at. Few things they did get right - everyone was polite and professional throughout. Umbrella service was a very nice touch! Champagne ceremony was also a very nice touch.

My experience of this stay was absolutely amazing, particularly because of the generosity and thoughtfulness from the staff at the St Regis! As soon as we arrived, everyone we came across was professional, yet warm and willing to extend their welcome with a little conversation, making you feel that they're happy to have you. Upon learning that we're celebrating a birthday the night before via email from the guest service, the hotel did not hesitate to make sure we are really celebrating. It was a truly pleasant surprise when we saw the gifts they left in our room. There was a nice cake and a written message, but I have never had balloons! Not to mention a bottle of sparkling wine to go with the delicious chocolate cake. Our butler soon arrived with another pour of Cava, and a gift for a complimentary spa service at the upper floor of the hotel. We could not be happier with this level of service, and they did make us feel very special! The location of the hotel is great, right on Paseo de la Reforma, the big treelined avenue, friendly for pedestrians, looks like half street half park. We walked a lot on it, often seeing people taking a break on the bench, or checking out street vendors that set up temporary shops there. For transportation, there is the 7 bus across the street from the hotel, taking you directly to Centro. Or walk 6-8 minutes to the Metro. You can use the same metro card for both, and one metro card can be shared with multiple people, very convenient. If you're there on a Sunday, don't miss out biking on Paseo de la Reforma right in front of the hotel. They close the entire avenue for people every Sunday. It's impressive to see the organization of this even for the mass amount of people having such a great time. Bring your passport to rent a free bike, where you can find rental booths along the avenue. There was one 2 minutes from the hotel. Go early or prepare for the long wait as you would have to wait for others to return the bikes so they become available to you. The condition of the bikes weren't great but good on the organization to provide it for free for everyone to enjoy. There is also HSBC docked bikes all around the city available for you to rent. But they stopped taking foreign credit card for payment on the phone app that you have to download and register. We could not use it. Our reservation was upgraded to a Grand King room. This hotel was build a while ago and the interior design feels mature and traditional. The beddings are comfortable, plenty of seating, everything you need is available. I think best to just let my photos show you. The spa is on the 15th floor. I was greeted with yet another very friendly staff, helping me choose a service. Then another staff took care of me and showed me around the waiting room and the changing room, and brought me a drink of my choice. The spa is clean and looks relaxing, with a steam room, changing rooms and showers. They provide lockers with a robe, slippers and a bag of personal amenities. The facial I chose was great. The entire experience was so relaxing. The price wasn't bad for a spa at a luxury hotel. I would say it's 30-40% less than at a luxury hotel in Las Vegas. When it was time to check out, the front desk kindly ask how my stay was, I just burst out complimenting on the amazing service and the surprised we received. We arrived happy and left even happier. It was a really great stay.
