El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones. Nuestra cabaña tenía cama king size y todos los servicios. El baño era cómodo y amplio. La zona de restaurante y piscina muy bien conservados e integrados con el medio ambiente. El personal del hotel muy amable y dispuesto

Rooms are very big and clean. The garden and the pool are clean and well maintained. Restaurant personnel is very kind and willing to give the best service. Food was good in quality and variety.

The biggest problem in this structure is that they don’t speak a single word in English, only Spanish even at the reception or at their travel agency. It took 30 minutes just to make them understand that I needed to book a taxi to the airport the morning of my departure. The restaurant is missing som basics (white wine, they just had one bottle, we were lucky enough to ask in advance and they reserved the only bottle for us; beer they have just Corona and no Coke. While is not a big deal in general I would expect these basics to be available given the price of the location). Wi-fi is ok but it’s annoying to have one code for each device and that every time you leave it disconnects; they should go for more modern way to connect.

Nice rooms, but service is spotty and inconsistent. One night they forgot dessert and when we asked there was just one option. The next day there were 3! Many similar incidents even though the restaurant was never super busy

I loved Leticia and the tour options to see and explore the jungle, the river and all surroundings. We will be back for sure. Visiting 3 countries in one place is amazing.

The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Additionally, the food was very good. Would highly recommend staying here!

The service has been amazing, all of the staff have been very friendly and accommodating. When we first arrived they did not have record of our reservation but they got us a room very quickly and were very friendly in the process. The food has been amazing and the rooms are very nice. 100% recommend!!
