Decameron Decalodge Ticuna

I really recommend this property to anyone visiting Leticia. The facilities and staff were second to none and the latter bent over backwards to fulfill my requests. Special mention should go to Alex in the hotel's tour office. She assisted in designing tours for me that met my specific needs and all at a great price. Even if you're on a budget, try to stretch it in order to stay at this property. Trust me, it's worth it.

Stayed at the Decameron for 6 days, and I have to say it’s by far, the best hotel in Leticia. Its staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, the menu was full of options all very tasty. The room was big, comfortable, clean. Room service was very good and the plans they offer, absolutely fantastic! Great to travel with family members of all ages, you get the chance to experience everything the Amazon has to offer with safety, they will take care of you and your family and teach you a bunch of stuff (ask for Nestor, we loved him!). definitely planning on coming back and I’d recommend it with my eyes closed.

This hotel is incredible. My partner and I are avid travellers and have visited many hotels over the years (4+ stars). The decalodge was probably one of the best experiences we’ve had - especially considering the location. Not only is this hotel the most beautiful and modern in the area, but the service was top-notch. Staff were extremely friendly, and consistently went above and beyond — with a smile. There is wifi, air conditioning (which is extremely important for us and our sleep!), a pool and breakfast and dinner are included in the pricing. Remember this is in Leticia, and it’s very hard to find a hotel/resort that checks every bucket - but this one did. Be sure to also visit the Brazil zoo (which is actually an animal-release Sanctuary) It’s only 15,000 cop drive (you can walk, but it is far - especially in the sun). I would 100% stay ant the Decameron again and highly recommend it if you value bug-free sleeps and A/C.

We spend almost a week in the Decalodge and we just loved it. It is such a relaxing spot in buzzling Leticia and still the towncenter is just a short walk away. We really appreciated everyone's service. Although English was hardly spoken we could communicate perfectly and everybody was just helpful and very kind. Thank you so much to all of the members who made our stay amazing. The food in the restaurant is very good. The pool and everything else is well taken care off. The rooms are huge and very comfortable.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Hervorheben möchte ich Andres, ein toller Mitarbeiter. Ebenfalls faszinierend war der Schamane Sebastian. Ein in meinen Augen ein Botschafter für die Kultur und Naturverbundenheit der Menschen die am Amazonas leben. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Essen war lecker, das Frühstück hätte etwas reichhaltiger sein können. Der Pool sehr sauber und ebenfalls sehr freundliches Personal. Die Holzbauweise der Liegen etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber mit der entsprechenden zur Verfügung gestellten bequemen Auflage ein schönes Erlebnis. Zusammfassend: Ein sehr, sehr schöner Aufenthalt, der bestimmt wiederholt wird. Danke an das Team vom Hotel.
