food was good and facilities were great. Little pricey for Colombia

Very good experience overall. Our room was quite big with two queen beds, a lavatory separate from the shower and wc, and plenty of room to move around with working Air conditioning and ceiling fans. A hammock and a sofa in the foyer without Air Conditioning but walls and nets to prevent insects its nice. Every meal had 5 options to choose from, and all of it was good. Plenty of local fruits and fish. Basic and traditional cocktails. Very kind and helpful service from every employee.

The staff is friendly and hardworking. The tours were awesome. We saw pink dolphins and visited monkey island plus a couple of other stops. We also took a hike through the rainforest to a lagoon. Food at the hotel is delicious. We are going back with the rest of the family in December.

Great location and comfortable

No one speaks and English. It was so hard to communicate

Location was close to downtown. The hotel was pretty clean in general. The rooms were quite big in comparison to standards you would use in Canada.

Water is not drinkable and you have to ask the bar for water every time you want a glass in an area that's 40 degrees usually. No one spoke any English and because of this staff seem scared to talk with us and instead served us last during every meal and interaction with the front desk. The tours were why we choose to stay at this hotel because they offer so many in reality they offer two a day and you can pick one which made me feel scammed. Our tour day ignored us all day even when I was speaking Spanish to her. The hotel had a gas leak so dinner service was just not provided. The tours were quite a disappointment and made the trip to Leticia almost pointless. We had our clothes washed by hotel staff and the shrank everything to the point none of our pants or even socks fit management did nothing to help.

Hola: Al hacer la reserva puse que iba con dos niños y pagué el monto correspondiente. Luego, al estar allá me conbraron 777.632 adicionales por mi hija de 4 años. Considero que se trata de un costo oculto pues al momento de realizar la reserva no se me informó sobre este valor. Quedo atento a la solución de este tema. Saludos, Camilo

The staff was amazing… they go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. The excursions offered by the hotel were top notch, experienced guides and very authentic.

The food is very good, because of COVID the option of buffet does not exist anymore but they have a decent menu with at least 3 options different every day. This is a hotel all inclusive (for breakfast and lunch or dinner) The bedrooms have AC and fans.

Una excelente opción dentro de Leticia, es un hotel muy cómodo.
