It was a great and cozy place, good people and nice restrooms, the food was really great, every night was a diferent menu, and they have live music

We spent three nights here. Lovely staff and facilities! There is a bit of a language barrier but everyone was friendly and used google translate if needed. Can easily book experiences from the hotel and we had a fantastic time. Can highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! The property is beautiful. The meal staff, manager, activity desk people were all extra kind and helpful. We went on two of their tours and both were excellent. The location makes walking around town easy as well. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, restaurant and day tour agency. The staff are friendly and happy to help you. I recommend booking both the day tours and airport transfers directly with the hotel as they are very well organised and good prices, they pick you up from the hotel.

Treatment by the staff, untrained and ignorant staff, no activities, poor food choice, ridiculous extra prices for almost everything - they asked about diet restrictions at the check-in and served us pork anyway several times - the peak was that we ordered a taxi to the airport and told 4 people at the reception to make sure it arrives on time and yet they still Didn’t manage to do this simple task

Definitely the premier property in town. The rooms are incredibly spacious and air conditioning is excellent. The pool is large and comfortable. We didn't realize this was an all inclusive when we booked so that was an added advantage as well. The staff were incredibly helpful as I had to navigate a luggage issue. We highly recommend this as the premiere option in Leticia.

After spinning three days at the property and going on two of their tours, I have to say it is one of the best run operations I have ever visited. On an extremely difficult jungle tour, I saw every member of the team and the teams affiliates, provide the most professional, kind, empathetic care to help an 84-year-old woman enjoy the trip with her family. Under conditions that were almost brutal at times, they found ways to allow her to fully participate as part of her group. Not one time that I see the look of impatience or frustration. I guess the best compliment I can give is to say that I would’ve very comfortably placed my own mother‘s care within their hands, and not had one moment of concern. Whoever runs the facility, congratulations. Amazing job.
