Bed bugs! The pool area is nice and so is the staff. But they have bed bugs and the bedding is disgusting. Moldy pillows, stained sheets, just gross. For the price, there are far better places. Its too bad, because it would be a good place if it were clean. I checked out early and the manager gave a partial refund.

Rooms seems to be good in photos, no cleanliness in hotel rooms, showers not working properly, bathrooms are very dirty, staff are non co-operative, no proper plug points in room, bathroom fittings to be changed, bathtub is of no use.... u can't actually use it as bathtub, the property needs a renovation, I will advice not to stay in this hotel till things are not rectified...... Worst service by staff, they don't listen to the problems of customer..... Staff is less bothered about the customer needs......

Nice place and the staff was very helpful . The breakfast buffet a bit disappointing .

The bathroom looked old, dirty and it had a weird smell. Towels looked dirty and the bed was not comfortable

The location, pool was fabulous, staff friendly and helpful.

The staff were great. The pool nice. But the hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. Our first room Didn’t lock. Another room Had an air conditioner that broke. Beds hard. Pillows lumpy. Old and outdated

Toilet is dirty smell bad not comfortable at all
