Balisandy Resort

The map on the website was wrong. The first room we were given smelled horrible. Had been locked up for at least a week according to the guest next door. Had water damage which caused the mound. Got given another room which wasn’t any better. The WIFI was very intermittent but we were able to find better accommodation using it. I know it’s Bali but this place needs a complete rebuild in my opinion.

Balinese style,always meet people,staff very helpfull.Close to beach, Love the pool bar. HBO movies.I have returned many time.Around $35 a night with breakfast.

Not the best hotel around Kuta, but certainly great value. Rooms were clean with all the required facilities on site. Pool, bar restaurant. Staff very helpful.

Run down and old. Budget hotel but can get better for our dollar somewhere else. The pool is good and that's about it. The breakfast was terrible.

When you look at low cost no frills this is it.i never rate a hotel when your only looking at cost; you can’t pay one star and expect five but having spent many years in Bali and Asia I got one star here There’s nine sun chairs by pool so get there early or there’s no where to sit, there’s only thirteen pool towels available I was given room 101 right next to foyer, kept awake all night by security guards chatting away then when I did fall asleep I was woken by what I thought was a light aircraft in the room the noise was unbelievable ,couldn’t ignore it any longer and discovered it was it was an air lock in the shower plumbing only way it could be stopped was to leave the shower slightly running. Bathroom in despararte need of upgrade or at least a good clean,towels grey Woke up to no power a/ c off was told the whole area was affected but went to cafe next door which was running normally It’s cheap but it’s pot luck

walking into the room, air con barely working, we were greeted with a terrible, stale mouldy smell, the little bar fridge didn’t work at all and was mouldy and the ‘white’ bed sheets were full of brown sweat stains and absolutely stank!!

Only problem is because of the one way streets you have to go all the way around to get a taxi home, mostly in peak hour traffic. You get what you pay for but it's pretty decent including breakfast. Staff very friendly!

Close to everything, basic rooms. Friendly staff. Our towels did t always get changed, and they often ran outnofnpoopntowels which was a bit annoying. My daughter had glass in her breakfast. If still atayvhere again though.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely time staying at Balisandy. The staff was very friendly and the location was perfect. The breakfast included with our room was fantastic. We also enjoyed our time by the pool! The only downside was there were ants crawling on one wall in the room and in the bathroom, but they left us alone and didn't bite or anything. For two nights we spent around $46 and it was well worth it.

Would stay again but would be disappointed if upgrading of bathrooms weren't carried out. The location was very good and quiet at night.
