Balisandy Resort

They took photo's of Balisandy the day before it opened. Never up dated any thing. Food was great & the staff did every thing they could for you. I will be returning there.

There is a musky smell inside the room.

The exteriors of the hotel is nice.. however the room is quite old.. mosquitoes.. rusty toilet.. walk to the beach is about 10 mins.. walk to beachwalk mall is around 5 mins.. friendly hotel staffs.. breakfast simple and nice..

Always a great stay, welcoming staff, great breakfast & great location

We had booked 3 nights at the Balisandy. To start with, none of the reception people spoke English. There was a horrid smell coming from our room and when we called them to come figure it out, no one showed up for an hour, then when we called again to say no one had come all she said was "I forgot" Uhm ok? Nothing was done about the smell. Bed was AWFUL, air conditioner was really loud, and the breakfast was nasty. Only good thing was the pool. Would not recommend

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Hotel was in a perfect location 2 minute walk to the beach and right in the heart of restaurants and bars. Rooms were dark and moist and AC didn't work very well. Wifi was poor in room but seemed to work decent outside on the balcony or in common areas. Pool was nice to cool off in after a day walking around the city. Overall you get what you pay for. If you don't plan on spending much time in the hotel and you want to be right off the beach then this is a great place to stay.

Enjoyed being close to beach, staff friendly, food good and lots of restaurants near by.

Comfortable hotel. 5 minute walk to beach past lots of stalls with people asking you buy to their bags, clothes, sunglasses etc. The hotel itself needs a bit of TLC. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels, although the towels look like they need replacing now because they have a grey look to them, but I do stress, the towels are clean. The bathroom shower and taps could do with a good clean or replaced with new taps. The pool itself is good and has a lovely tropical garden surrounding it, but it could do with some new pool side furniture. They staff are very friendly and will do all they can to help you if there is a problem. For the price you are paying it is comfortable enough and breakfast is included. Eggs are fried, scrambled or omelette ,toast, fresh fruit, tea, coffee, fruit juice some Indonesian rice or noodles and sausages are a typical breakfast. I would recommend Bali Sandi resort if you are on a budget and want to use your money for more important things!THE

pool is good taxis dont like going there we were a party of 5 [booked 3 deluxe rooms 6 months ago] rooms werent ready but we were up graded after 2 days to a family rooms 110 to 112 which were very good its a long way down the laneway to poppes lane2 thats were u can get a taxi

For the price it is fabulous but bed was a little hard and my sister had a filthy pillow she couldnt sleep on. My shower was ok but hers was terrible with only a couple of streams of water. Staff were lovely Ask for a renovated room
