Mason Elephant Lodge

The elephants were amazing, the grounds immaculate and beautifully landscaped. All of the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. My only concern was the mustiness in our room. The air conditioning cooled sufficiently, but there was still too much moisture, making it difficult to sleep well. I would rather have had a room with operable windows and a mosquito net for the bed.

I loved it! It was so beautiful and the staff is amazing. The elephant we’re cute and accessible. The wifi is working but spotty. Beautiful resort. The elephant we’re chained so that was sad to see but the tails and ears we’re going so I’m assuming they we’re happy. Anyway I hope

Room felt old and dated. Workers are always trying to get tips. Would not recommend. Elephants are well treated overall but this is not an experience that we really enjoyed. Overrated

Everything was great. Cannot comment on area around lodge as we made it a destination visit and did not go anywhere around Ubud.

Exceeded all expectations. Exceptional activities, staff, cleanliness, property, ammenities and service. We could not of asked for anything better. We all had a special stay that we will treasure. Thank you to the owners, staff and all the beautiful elephants at Masons Elephant Lodge.

Good place to stay would recommend the service was very good

This was our second stay . It is an outstanding resort that embodies kind care to tge elephants entrusted in its care .
