Aquarium Hotel

Останавливался на одну ночь с целью посетить выставку. Очень высокая стоимость стандартного номера, если бы не компенсация бонусом welcome rewards, то не стал бы здесь останавливаться. Отличный персонал! Самый большой минус - отличная слышимость разговоров из соседних номеров, было впечатление, что говорят не за стенкой и не этажом выше, а в нашем номере. А утром и днем шум выставки также не даст вам отдохнуть.

Прошло уже две недели после выезда из отеля, до сих пор документы об оплате номера мною не получены. Спасибо!

nice hotel. good for for exhibitions at crocus expo, otherwise - too far

Stayed for 5 nights at the Aquarium Hotel on business, and would have to say that it exceeded expectations but remained just a satisfactory place to stay. My room was tidy and mostly well maintained (a few bits of grime around the corners of the bathroom - better than some hotels, worse than others!), the beds were comfortable, sheets were clean and pillows were fine too. Sort of the most important bits when travelling for work. The rooms were a good size and I had a view over the River which was pretty nice in the mornings. But the staff were a little indifferent. Possibly a language and culture thing, but it certainly wasn't the warmest welcome I've ever received in a hotel. Same applies to the restaurant and service staff. The food was OK - pretty Russian fare (yes, this is a hotel in Russia, so was not unexpected!), a little limited at breakfast, but good enough to start the day fresh. I would certainly stay again if on business and wouldn't hesitate recommending the place to those looking for somewhere to stay that is convenient to the exhibition halls.

A reasonable modest hotel in the same premises as Crocus exhibition center. The rooms are very basic. The room size is large, but the furniture and TV modest. The walls are thin so I could hear my neighbor’s discussions and TV. I woke up at 6 am when they turned on their TV. The bathroom is fine and shower good. My window view was to the inside of the exhibition area. Breakfast was reasonable and sufficient. The price was 7500 rubles, which I believe is reasonable for a Moscow hotel.

Stayed one day only as I had a short trip to meet business friends during a fair. You can get there easily with public transport , avoiding horrible traffic jams and Taxi fares. From Sheremetjevo take the aeroexpress to Belarusskaja train station, then take Metro to Myakinino, then walk your way to hotel inside or outside the Crocus Expo building. Quiet a sporty experience. You need to read some Russian though to make your way through, Hotel itself is logically expensive and has a sort of dated IBIS standard. Convenient, nothing less, nothing more.

Consider staying in this hotel only if you have to stay close to the Crocus City. I didn't find any other good reason to stay there - but saving the traffic for getting to and from the Crocus City if you need to be there for more than one day is definitely worth it. The hotel itself is just ok, nothing special for good and for bad...

Second stay at the Aquarium. This is the ideal location if you are attending the Crocus Expo. Make sure to get an outside room (River view) because the inside rooms are extremely noisy until midnight when there are activities on in the adjacent Expo hall.

Hotel molto grande e recente, proprio all'interno del centro fieristico Crocus; camere grandi e moderne con connessione internet via cavo. Bagno molto grande e pulito. Ristorante abbastanza buono. Consigliato per chi deve visitare o esporre in fiera, fermata della metro all'interno del centro fieristico.

Overall ok. Smoking in the lobby.
