We stayed at this property in June and everything about this property is amazing - clean room, friendly receptionist. The Sunset is right Infront of your room and it's just beautiful. I would highly recommend this place in Immerovigli.

Everything was just amazing and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We had a pool view in the felicity suite and next day they upgraded us to the dreaming suite with a beautiful front and center view of the caldera and our own pool. It was a dream.

This property was amazing! We were here for 3 nights and the view from the moonlit suite was unreal. The staff was so so helpful with helping with shuttle services, booking day trips and any other questions we had. Would definitely recommend!!

This property is amazing. The staff are exceptional. We werre welcomed warmly, professionally, and given the best customer service experience I have ever received. The views are spectacular. The accommodation were wonderful and very clean. Breakfast was served to order and delivered to our room. This hotel is way above a 5 star rating. The only thing I would change is I would have stayed longer.
