Das Zimmer war einfach aber typisch amerik. Motel. Alles sauber, einzig etwas hellhörig, da eine Dame meinte Sie muß um 3.00 am Korridor herumschreien. Sonst alles ok.

Excellent easy off and on 95. Older property but very well taken care of. Excellent breakfast area with lots of choices.

It is on a busy street making it hard to get into the parking area.

It seem nice and clean on the website then once you actually get there it’s not what the web show.

I was charge twice I had paid for my room on 10/30/2025 nice I got there I tried to give the man my pin and confirmation number he said no he got it once I look at my account I had been charged again I call the property manager he said it was booking fault I will have my money return I explain to him I tried to giver the teller my information but he refuse to take it. Guess what I still don’t have my money back so I’m going to my bank today.

⭐️⭐️ 2 out of 5 stars I recently stayed at the SureStay Hotel by Best Western, and unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the price. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated, but the rest of the experience was disappointing. Our first King room was very outdated — the shower handle was broken, the TV screen was damaged, the lights flickered, and the AC didn’t work properly. The front desk clerk moved us to another room with two queen beds, but that one still felt old and unclean. There was hair in the bed, and the bathroom wasn’t properly stocked. The location was okay, though there’s not much nearby — it’s about a 15-minute drive to most places. Overall, the staff tried to help, but the condition of the rooms really needs improvement.
