We love staying here however the supervisor was very rude. They did not give us the room that we had selected from Hotels.com and when we went to let them know, they made every excuse in the book and did not really try to help us. Another person that was working there Diego he ended up helping us and was very kind. We were shocked that Juana is a supervisor. She’s extremely rude and not customer friendly.

Family friendly hotel. Easy to park in the basement. Spacious and comfortable

The location is everything. Very well appointed amenities. Walls are thin however, be warned. Parking rules are odd, especially since this property is within a resort.

Weirdly designed and furnished rooms but overall a great place to stay for a family ski trip. We’d stay here again for sure.

Property was beautiful and convenient for hitting the slopes!

The check-in was poor. They did not provide a ViP amenity. The primary hot tub next to our room was not in operation and the kids zone was closed for the time we were there

Overpriced considering no food service inside the property
