I've visited numerous times initially for the hotel's very convenient beach location; the staff has always been pleasant & accommodating when necessary; I think I would say the rooms, though, are getting even nicer! 'Not to forget, Donna, who handles the breakfast concession has consistently been a reason to wake up early enough to start the day with a happy stomach! Clearly, she must be one of your valued team!!

Our checkout was at 1pm and they woke up and thru all our belonging outside at 11am with out 2 kids

Excellent location and a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms have improved significantly, and I can confidently say this since I stay at HBH at least four times every summer. The noise level was acceptable, and overall, the stay was enjoyable. The only area I believe needs improvement is the complimentary breakfast. The boiled eggs appear to be prepared far too early, as they are often overcooked and discolored by around 8:00 a.m. This could likely be remedied by offering additional breakfast options or preparing smaller batches more frequently. The fruit selection, bread, and bagels were all very good. Another concern was the breakfast attendant at the entrance. While I understand mornings can be busy, her approach toward guests often felt unnecessarily strict and rushed. As hotel guests on vacation, people expect a relaxed and welcoming breakfast experience, not to feel hurried or monitored. Unfortunately, this created an uncomfortable atmosphere that took away from what should be an enjoyable and relaxing start to the day. Because of this experience, I will likely avoid the breakfast area during future stays, even though the children did enjoy the cereal and fruit options. It is a small issue overall, but one that noticeably affects the guest experience.
