Large rooms. Comfortable beds.

Great Property

Our room did not have a pillowcase for the extra bed. Pool seemed unkept. Hot breakfast was limited.

I think that it was likely one of the nicer hotels in Kingman. I’d stay here again.

Low Toilet in Bathroom.....needs upgrade. Office Chair tilts in downward angle-uncomfortable (broken?) Small Refer in Room-Dorm Room Fridge in College 40 years ago was bigger Room felt very 90's...

I asked for clise to the elevator or clise to the lobby. They tried to put is way down the hall. We both have walkers and cant walk that far. It took forever to get a different room.

Most troubling was the staff's misrepresentation of amenities - I was explicitly told by front desk staff that the indoor pool was open, only to find it closed. The cleanliness issues were equally concerning. Upon moving an ottoman in the room, I discovered a large red stain and crumbs underneath, indicating subpar housekeeping standards. When brought to the front desk's attention, the response was disturbingly casual - merely a dismissive "I'll just let my manager know" with no attempt to address the issue or apologize for the oversight. These experiences point to broader issues with staff training, management oversight, and service standards. While the property benefits from a convenient location along Route 66 and offers the standard Springhill Suites room layout, these advantages are significantly undermined by: - Misrepresentation of available amenities - Substandard cleanliness - Poor staff response to guest concerns For travelers considering this property, I would strongly recommend confirming the status of any desired amenities directly with management and carefully inspecting rooms upon check-in. Better yet, consider alternative accommodations in the Kingman area until this property demonstrates meaningful improvements in both housekeeping and guest service standards.
