The room was noisy. We didn't sleep at all. Don't know where the noise was coming from. But, it lasted the whole night. The refrigerator was also noisy but I unplugged it.

I was really surprised to see the shape this hotel was in. All exterior room doors had some sort of stain at the bottom. Bathroom towels were thin and not really white. The shower door had so much water stain on it, it was hard to see through. The shelf in the shower was missing. There are no plugs or a side table for one side of the bed. The breakfast was good and the parking was safe. I felt like this property was due for a renovation and told that it wasn't happening for another year. We stay in a lot of Springhill Suites because they're normally nice, but this one was a disappointment.

Impressed by the helpful and efficient staff. Thanks for making our stay a pleasant one. Breakfast was good but a changing variety with a little extra effort could make it more appetizing and appealing. Everything else was almost top notch
