SpringHill Suites Kingman Route 66

I always like Springhill Suites

Not very clean especially the couch

The amenities and continental breakfast they had to offer.

The hotel needs TLC It is an old hotel

Was passing through, on my way to Amarillo. Was trying to leave fairly early but wanted to grab a quick bite to eat for breakfast. I was waiting patiently for the breakfast to open at 6 but it seems the breakfast ladies were outside smoking cigarettes and did not finish the breakfast opening. Had to skip out on breakfast when the room was $160 a night… A little breakfast would have been nice at 6am.

We loved this hotel. It was clean, spacious, and the staff were all courtesy, kind and very helpful.

Really nice suite

Very bad customer service. I’ve stayed at this Springhill suites many times and had good experiences except for the last one. I had an emergency at home, I called and canceled the day I was going to stay. I talked to the manager, Shanena, and explained the situation and she said that I would likely get credit for a future stay and not be charged for that stay. She was going to follow up by talking to corporate and get back to me with the outcome. I waited a week without any contact from her and called the motel. I talked to Nicole who said that she would relay the message to the manager and that the manager was unavailable at this moment. I waited another week called and got the same response. I waited another week and was told that she was once again unavailable but would get back to me. I’ve left my email and phone number with the front desk now three times and never heard back. Very bad customer service. I even sent the following email to her corporate account and never heard back. "I spoke on the phone a few weeks ago about a complementary future stay for reimbursement for a late cancelation on my part (due to a emergency at my home) at the Kingman Springhill Suites on October 26. You said that you needed to talk to your supervisor but that for my next stay at your hotel, call in for the reservation stay and it would not be charged. My daughter lives in Kingman and we stay at your place many times. You took my contact information and said you look send me confirmation for my next visit. I might have missed your email but have called a couple of times since and talked/left messages with Nicole but never got a call back. I know you're busy but can you send me an update for my next stay?"
