"Very cool and comfy with great value for money."

This was our second visit to this resort. We went in 2023 October and this year. I think it’s best value for money and comparable to any 5 star hotel where you are charged three times the price for similar rooms. Well done Mercure. Keep up the excellent service and the staff are exceptionally friendly. Dr Haresh Metharam

There was some carpentry work going on and we asked the manager for a quieter room. It was done immediately and we were given a suite instead. This kind of service is generally not given in other resorts or hotels.

All meals during our stay were exceptional and Satendra, Rini, Ashish, Sinesh & Hlutei were among the most helpful and caring we have ever met on our travels abroad in over 50 years. If we have the opportunity we will definitely visit again. A very relaxing resort and ideal for a peaceful getaway. George & Christie on reception were helpful too.

The location, layout of the property and facilities therein are excellent,.Extremely courteous staff made the stay even more comfortable and memorable. Special thanks to the chef Arush, restaurant manager Ritik and serving staff members Priyanka and Rini. Overall, it was a completely serene and energetic stay.
